The Union City School District wants to thank all of our educators during Teacher Appreciation Week. Each day, they spark curiosity, kindle creativity and brighten the future for every student in their care. Join us in celebrating these remarkable educators during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5-9, 2025.

Please be advised of this important information as the Union City School District honors our School Nurses five years after the pandemic. They did so much for us and we should never forget it. Thank you for your service and dedication.

The Union City School District would like to acknowledge the importance of Mental Health Awareness Month which is from May 1st to May 31st. The theme for Mental Health Awareness Month 2025 is "Turn Awareness into Action". The theme this year encourages individuals and communities to move beyond simply recognizing the importance of mental health and to take concrete steps to improve it. This includes actions like practicing self-care, advocating for change, and seeking support.

Let's please take a moment to pray for everyone affected with the recent tragedy in the Dominican Republic. Our thoughts are with families grieving there and in our community here in the Union City School District as we all deal with this horrifying incident. May everyone find peace during this difficult time for all of us.
